Mr. Wasserman has been practicing law for more than 30 years. He has dedicated his career to representing those injured due to the negligence of others. Chair, Complex Commercial Litigation Steven M. Katzman – Mr. Katzman’s practice focuses on complex commercial, business, corporate, and partnership litigation. It also includes substantial work in the areas of arbitration, professional malpractice, securities litigation, probate litigation, and family law. Loyalty and commitment are very important to him, as evidenced by his decision to co-found the firm with his best friend, Jay Wasserman.
Craig A. Rubinsein

A member of American Mensa, Craig Rubinstein received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, cum laude, from Brandeis University. While a student at Boston University School of Law, from which he received his Juris Doctor degree, in addition to being a member of the Kaufman Securities Law Moot Court Team, he authored “Excessive Mutual Fund Advisory Fees: Give-Ups in Rule 12b-1 Clothing?”, which was published in the Annual Review of Banking Law.
Charles J. Bennardini

Charles J. Bennardini – Mr. Bennardini concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial and business litigation, securities litigation and arbitration, professional malpractice and legal ethics, and adversarial probate litigation. After retiring from the United States Coast Guard as a law specialist in 1997, he practiced with the firm of Tew Cardinas until the founding of Katzman Wasserman Bennardini & Rubinstein, P.A. in 2001.
Jason R. Katzman
Associate
Jason R. Katzman joined Katzman, Wasserman, Bennardini & Rubinstein, P.A. as an associate in 2020. He concentrates his practice on complex commercial and corporate litigation, contract disputes, and professional malpractice. His experience includes pursuing and resolving claims that have sought damages as high as two-hundred and fifty million dollars; however, he prides himself on assisting each of his clients to achieve the best results possible no matter the size or nature of the case.
